1. Purpose

The Alto Matchmaking Referral Program (“Program”) allows individuals to receive a one-time cash reward (“Referral Reward”) for referring new dating participants or clients to Alto Matchmaking, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Alysia Tofflemire, based in Berlin, Germany.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the European Union.

• Referrers may not be employees, contractors, or affiliates of Alto Matchmaking.

• Referred individuals must be new to Alto Matchmaking (not previously registered or contacted).

3. Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on the Alto Matchmaking website (www.altomatchmaking.com/referral) and include the referrer’s name and email address.

• The referred person must consent to being contacted by Alto Matchmaking. Referrals made without such consent are not eligible.

4. Reward Conditions

• The referrer will receive €50 (gross) per referred person who:

  • Completes registration as a matchmaking database member or paying client, and

  • Participates in at least one completed virtual or in-person date organised by Alto Matchmaking

• Each referral may generate a referral fee only once, regardless of how many dates or introductions that follow.

• Rewards are paid via bank transfer or PayPal after the date as taken place and payment for matchmaking services has been cleared by Alto Matchmaking.

• The reward payment will be processed within 30 days after these conditions are met.

5. Tax Information

• Referrers are responsible for reporting income if applicable.

• Alto Matchmaking will maintain internal records of payouts for bookkeeping purposes.

6. Limitations

• Each referred person can only be linked to one referrer.

• The program applies only to completed dates facilitated directly by Alto Matchmaking.

• Alto Matchmaking reserves the right to verify eligibility, decline any referral that appears fraudulent, or end the Program at any time.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection (GDPR)

• Personal data submitted through the referral form will be processed in accordance with GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b).

• Referrers may not share anyone’s contact information without that person’s explicit consent.

• Data will only be used for matchmaking and referral verification purposes, and deleted when no longer necessary.

8. Program Changes

Alto Matchmaking may modify or terminate the Program, including the reward amount, at any time. Referrals submitted before any change will be honoured according to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

9. Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
